Complete the following steps to create a diode model:

  1. From the Model tab of the Component Properties dialog box, click Add/Edit. The Select a Model dialog box appears.
  2. Click Start Model Maker. The Select Model Maker dialog box appears.
  3. From the Model Makers list, select Diode and click Accept. The Diode Model dialog box appears.
  4. Enter values in the Diode Model dialog box as described in the sections in this book.

      The Diode Model dialog box shows preset values for the IN4001 model.
