Offset Position Property

To Use: Create a property or method.

Gets or sets the offset position of a geometrical figure.

The geom must be attached to a body. If the geom does not have an offset this property automatically creates it. This sets up an additional, local transformation for the geom, since geoms attached to a body share their global position.
