Busy State Nodes

Enable or disable user interactions on the panel.

Set Busy
Changes the cursor on the panel to the busy state and disables mouse and keyboard input on both the panel and the menu.
Unset Busy
Changes the cursor from the busy cursor to the default cursor and enables mouse clicks on both the panel and the menu.
