Frees the initialized CUBLAS library by halting any BLAS computations in process and freeing any resources allocated during initialization for BLAS computations.

Details  

	CUBLAS Handle specifies the handle to the CUBLAS library to free.
	error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
	error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
