Estimating Models (Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit or Control Design and Simulation Module)

After acquiring and preprocessing the data from a linear time-invariant system, the next step in the system identification process is estimating the model. You can use the System Identification VIs to estimate models by using any of the following methods:

• Parametric
• Partially Known
• Closed-Loop Systems
• Recursive
• Frequency-Domain
