Expression Folding Pattern 3 (C Generator)

Takes the pattern global-reference count-array index-primitive-array replace-global and replaces it with an array expression directly on the global variable.

You must wire a value to all index inputs for the Index Array function. You can only wire arrays that contain double-precision, floating-point numeric values or integer values to the n-dimension array input for the Index Array function.
