Computes the Power Spectrum, Sxx, of the set of input data points specified by sample length.
This VI is similar to the Power Spectrum VI.

Inputs/Outputs
initialize
—
initialize, when TRUE, initializes the internal state of the VI.
x
—
x is an input data point.
sample length
—
sample length is the length of each set of incoming data. The VI performs computation on each set of data. The default is 100. sample length must be greater than 0.
Power Spectrum
—
Power Spectrum returns the double-sided power spectrum of x. If the set of input data points that sample length specifies is in volts (V), Power Spectrum has units of volts-rms squared (Vrms²). If the input signal is not in volts, Power Spectrum has units of the input signal unit-rms squared.
error
—
error returns any error or warning from the VI. You can wire error to the Error Cluster From Error Code VI to convert the error code or warning into an error cluster. |
