Exponential Window VI

Applies an exponential window to the input signal X. Wire data to the X input to determine the polymorphic instance to use or manually select the instance.

If y represents the output sequence Windowed X, the Exponential Window VI obtains the elements of y from
yi = xiexp(a*i)
for i = 0, 1, 2, …, n – 1,
where f is the final value, and n is the number of samples in X.
You can use the Exponential Window VI to analyze transients.
