Indicates whether to display a title bar on the LabVIEW front panel while the VI runs.

If you load the VI in a subpanel control, this property is read only and always returns a value of FALSE.

This property is similar to the Window has title bar option on the LabVIEW Customize Window Appearance dialog box.
