The functions on this palette can return GPIB error codes.

Send Function
Sends data bytes to a single GPIB device.
Receive Function
Reads data bytes from a GPIB device.
Trigger Function
Triggers a single device.
DevClear Function
Clears a single device.
ReadStatus Function
Serial polls a single device to get its status byte.
PPollConfig Function
Configures a device for parallel polls.
PPollUnconfig Function
Unconfigures devices for parallel polls. PPollUnconfig unconfigures the GPIB devices whose addresses are contained in the address list array for parallel polls. These devices no longer participate in polls.
PassControl Function
Passes control to another device with Controller capability.
SendList Function
Sends data bytes to multiple GPIB devices.
FindRQS Function
Determines which device is requesting service.
TriggerList Function
Triggers multiple devices simultaneously.
DevClearList Function
Clears multiple devices simultaneously.
AllSpoll Function
Serial polls all devices.
PPoll Function
Performs a parallel poll.
EnableRemote Function
Enables remote programming of multiple GPIB devices.
EnableLocal Function
Enables local mode for multiple devices.
FindLstn Function
Finds all Listeners on the GPIB.
TestSys Function
Directs multiple devices to conduct IEEE 488.2 self-tests.
ResetSys Function
Performs bus initialization, message exchange initialization, and device initialization.
SendIFC Function
Clears the GPIB functions with Interface Clear (IFC).
TestSRQ Function
Determines the current state of the SRQ line.
WaitSRQ Function
Waits until a device asserts Service Request.
SetRWLS Function
Places particular devices in the Remote With Lockout State.
SendLLO Function
Sends the Local Lockout (LLO) message to all devices.
SendDataBytes Function
Sends data bytes to previously addressed devices.
SendSetup Function
Prepares particular devices to receive data bytes.
SendCmds Function
Sends GPIB command bytes.
RcvRespMsg Function
Reads data bytes from a previously addressed device.
ReceiveSetup Function
Prepares a device to send data bytes and prepares the GPIB controller to read data bytes.
SetTimeOut Function
Changes the global timeout period for all GPIB 488.2 functions.
MakeAddr Function
Combines primary address and secondary address in a specially formatted packed address for devices that require both a primary and secondary GPIB address.
