Use the SFTP VIs and nodes to interact with the data and files on an SFTP server.

Examples

Refer to the following example files included with LabVIEW.

Connect
Connects to an SFTP server using OpenSSH (ssh.exe) or PuTTY (plink.exe).
Disconnect
Disconnects from an SFTP server.
Upload
Uploads local file(s) from disk, buffer, or stream to an SFTP server.
Download VI
Downloads file(s) from an SFTP server and returns the file(s) to the disk, buffer, or stream.
Delete File
Deletes a file from an SFTP server. If you want to delete an entire directory, use the Delete Directory VI.
Rename
Renames a file or directory on an SFTP server.
Create Directory
Creates a directory on an SFTP server.
List Directory
Acquires information about the contents of a directory on an SFTP server.
Delete Directory
Deletes a directory on an SFTP server. If you want to delete a single file, use the Delete File VI.
Advanced
Use the Advanced VIs and nodes for more advanced operations on an SFTP server, such as updating file attributes, reading filesystem statistics, and configuring server settings.
