Click the Preview button that appears throughout the Print dialog box to display this dialog box.

Use this dialog box to preview a thumbnail image of the document you want to print.

This dialog box includes the following components:

Option Description
Next

Navigates to the thumbnail of the previous page of the document.
Previous

Navigates to the thumbnail of the next page of the document.
Print

Opens the Print dialog box and closes the Print Preview dialog box.

Note Maximize the Print Preview dialog box if the thumbnail appears distorted.
