On the Functions palette, right-click the Favorites category and select Organize Favorites from the shortcut menu to display this dialog box.

Use this dialog box to change the order of the items in the Favorites palette category.

Note You must add palette items to the Favorites category before you can change the order of these items.

This dialog box includes the following components:

Option Description
Favorite Items

Lists all of the items in the Favorites category on the Functions palette.
Remove

Removes the selected item from the Favorite Items list.
Move Up

Moves the selected item up in the Favorite Items list.
Move Down

Moves the selected item down in the Favorite Items list.
