Sets the time scale information and the frequency scale information for the time-frequency representation.

	time info specifies the time scale information. time offset specifies the offset of the time scale in seconds. time multiplier specifies the multiplier of the time scale in seconds, for example, the time interval of the time-frequency representation.
	frequency info specifies the frequency scale information. frequency offset specifies the offset of the frequency scale in hertz. frequency multiplier specifies the multiplier of the frequency scale in hertz, for example, the frequency interval of the time-frequency representation.
	error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
	scale info returns the time scale information and the frequency scale information of the time-frequency representation.
	error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
