Filtered Gaussian white noise is a simple signal that can generate virtually any signal spectra in conjunction with the proper linear filtering. The theoretical crest factor Cf for a Gaussian is infinite, but clipping the Gaussian amplitude to the input signal limit reduces the crest factor. Clipping the Gaussian amplitude minimally affects the generated spectrum. You can use the Gaussian White Noise VI to generate Gaussian white noise. You then can use the Filters VIs to generate Filtered Gaussian white noise from Gaussian white noise.

The following figure shows an example of Filtered Gaussian white noise.
