You will need to create XML files for all instruments, such as chillers and cyclers, utilized in a given test. These instrument XML files correspond to instruments defined in your test station configuration file and contain the channel-specific information for each channel on an instrument. For example, if you have a 4-socket test station with one thermal chamber, four cyclers, four chillers, and two cDAQ chassis, describe how the instrument channels are distributed across the different sockets in your test station configuration file, and create an instrument configuration file for the thermal chamber and each of the cyclers, chillers, and cDAQ modules to provide instrument-specific channel information.
