Sample versus Time-Based Editing

The NI Analog Waveform Editor stores all data internally as samples. The sample rate specified in the waveform properties dialog (File»Properties) determines the time values shown for the waveform and the frequencies (in Hz) of applicable primitives. If the sample rate changes, the times and frequencies are recalculated but no data is changed (no resampling occurs).
