Represents a Node Write Late Count channel of a reflective memory device. This channel increments any time the device is not able to write data to the reflective memory network because a new iteration of the Primary Control Loop started before the write operation was complete. In this situation, the PCL does not write or read any data for the iteration where the write operation failed to complete.
