Engine.ReloadStringResourceFiles
Purpose
Refreshes the TestStand Engine string table, affecting future calls to the Engine.GetResourceString method.
Remarks
TestStand does not unload the strings but overwrites existing ones. Components that have already cached resource strings might not update with new values.
The string table is updated with the files corresponding to the last language selected.
