Self-calibration is a required step for all RF Recording Software systems. Self-calibration adjusts the PXIe-5841 for variations in the module environment using an onboard high-precision calibration tone.

Perform self-calibration on all VSTs in the system in one of the following ways:
  • Option 1—Use the multi-VST self-calibration option through the Instrument Controller by clicking the Launch Self Calibration button in the ICsc window.
