A sequence report is a .pdf file that details the results of a sequence. InstrumentStudio generates a sequence report every time you execute a sequence.

InstrumentStudio adds the sequence execution report files to the Project Files pane. You can also find the sequence report file in the Sequence Results folder. The Sequence Results folder is located inside the project folder.
  1. Wait for the sequence to execute.
  2. Click the View Report button. The generated report opens in the default .pdf viewer on your system.
