Issue What to Check
File does not load Confirm the file is a CSV text file and is not open in another program.
Status shows errors after loading Read the console for line-by-line details. Use Open Source File to fix errors, then Validate again.
Center Frequency field does not appear This field only appears when the conversion requires it. If this field is hidden, no value is required.
Source file is not deleted after conversion The source file is only deleted when Keep source file is unchecked and the new file passes validation.
Targets/Line keeps resetting to 4 This is expected. The value resets to the default of 4 each time you relaunch the List Mode Utility.
Cannot convert file to Legacy format Converting back to the Legacy format is not supported.
