Felipe Cardona

Manager, Human Resources at NI Costa Rica

In 2011, NI opened a branch office in Costa Rica, and Felipe was the first employee hired at the office. Thanks to the work of Felipe and the rest of the management team, the office was up and running quickly. At a time when responsibilities included hiring all the staff needed for the office, the team also made it a priority to establish a recycling program as soon as possible. The office now collects paper, plastic, aluminum, and electronic waste for recycling and features a centralized recycling station in its cafeteria as well as paper recycling bins throughout the office.
