Some Words on CVI Inside NI and Highlighting CVI Users Around the World

What a busy year 2009 is proving to be for CVI all around. From a new section in the LabWindows/CVI newsletter, new products, and even changes to the NI CVI team…

Getting Started with RF Modulation in C

The NI Modulation Toolkit for LabWindows/CVI gives added functionality to test communication systems and components that modulate or demodulate signals. The toolkit complements LabWindows/CVI and NI vector signal analyzers and generators to build software-defined RF test systems.

Introducing LabWindows/CVI 9.0.1

LabWindows/CVI 9.0.1 is a scheduled maintenance release that fixes various bugs in Version 9.0. The maintenance release addresses prioritized bugs to add to the quality and stability users expect of LabWindows/CVI. This scheduled maintenance release is available as an exclusive benefit for NI Standard Service and Volume License program members.
Learn how to configure a software-defined automated test system to accurately perform WLAN signal generation and analysis measurements using LabWindows/CVI and NI PXI RF hardware.
Refreshing Standard I/O
The standard I/O window does not refresh when a program is suspended. However, you can use the "Use console window for standard I/O when debugging" option to instead use the DOS console window, which does refresh. Alternatively, you can hit < Ctrl + R > to refresh any UI (including the standard I/O window) while you are suspended. Learn more about this feature and other ways to modify the Standard I/O Window in LabWindows/CVI.
