This example demonstrates how the PXI-4132 Precision SMU can be used to source voltage points in a sequence and handshake with a DMM so that both instruments can measure the output.
How the handshaking works:
For this example the SMU is the master device and the DMM is the slave.
1. The SMU generates an output, measures it, and then sends a trigger to the DMM to return a measurement.
2. Once DMM measurement is complete, a trigger is sent back to the SMU to generate another output step in its sequence.
