This example shows how to read and write both image information and data to an AVI file. The example also shows how to read a specific frame in an AVI file. The VI opens an existing AVI file, adds time stamp information, sample waveform data, and writes a sample image and the data to a new AVI file. You then can read the image and data associated with a specific frame. Use the Flatten To String and Unflatten From String functions to write and read data in AVI files.
