EVM Normalization Reference (G Dataflow)

Session In specifies the RFmx session refnum. Session In is obtained from the RFmxInstr Initialize NIRFSA node.

EVM Normalization Reference

EVM Normalization Reference specifies the reference used to normalize the EVM.

Name Value Description
Peak 0

The EVM is normalized to the peak magnitude of the reference symbols.

RMS 1

The EVM is normalized to the RMS magnitude of the reference symbols. This value is applicable only to modulation types, such as quadrature-amplitude modulation (QAM). This value is expressed in which the symbols in the map do not have a constant amplitude.

Selector String

Selector String comprises of the signal name. If you do not specify the signal name, the default signal instance is used.

You can use the Build Signal String node to build the selector string.
