force compression?

A Boolean value that determines whether the compression is performed even if the data already appears to be compressed.

True The compression is performed.
False The compression is not performed if the data already appears to be compressed.

Default: False

uncompressed digital waveform

Digital waveform you want to compress.

This input appears when you wire a waveform to uncompressed digital data. If you wire digital data to uncompressed digital waveform, this input changes to uncompressed digital data.

Compressing Serial Data Signals

Use the Compress Digital node to condense digital data when you want to display two or more serial digital signals with the same bit sets on the same row to better visualize the data. For example, if you acquire 10 digital waveform samples and all are identical except one, compressing the digital data helps you easily find which waveform is different. Compressing digital data also conserves memory resources.

Where This Node Can Run:

Desktop OS: Windows

FPGA: This product does not support FPGA devices

Web Server: Not supported in VIs that run in a web application
