Converts a USRP timestamp to a LabVIEW timestamp.

LV Timestamp

An output LabVIEW time stamp that specifies the 1588 time since zero hours on 1 January 1904. Because the epochs used by the LabVIEW time stamp and IEEE 1588 time cluster are different, if the niSync conversion VIs are not used, be careful when converting between the two types.
