Beamforming and Direction-Finding Toolkit for LabVIEW

Ngene, LLC

The Beamforming and Direction-Finding Toolkit for LabVIEW helps you apply standard beamforming algorithms to acquired or recorded data from sensor arrays.
The Beamforming and Direction Finding (BFDOA) Toolkit for LabVIEW is a software add-on for LabVIEW that includes VIs for beamforming algorithms. This add-on also includes examples for demonstrating sound-source simulation; beam-shape 3D visualization; qualification for different beamforming algorithms, array geometries, and incident signal frequencies; and sound-intensity map generation for sound imaging. The BFDOA Toolkit for LabVIEW requires information about array geometry, such as coordinates of microphone coordinates, and recorded data in standard formats. For demonstration purposes, the add-on includes an example that incorporates acquired signal simulation for different array configurations.
