Registration Policies

Full Conference Pass:

• Access to all conference sessions Tuesday–Thursday
• Admission to the exhibit hall, receptions, and the conference party
• Continental breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks
• Conference materials

NI Alliance Day: Reserved exclusively for National Instruments Alliance Partners.

Volume Discount Package: Register four individuals for the price of three. Each registrant will receive a Full Conference pass. All three people must be from the same company.

Sessions Only Pass: Includes access to keynotes, sessions, and exhibit hall only.

Expo Plus Pass: Includes access to keynotes and exhibit hall plus all meals, receptions, and evening events.

Exhibition Pass: Includes access to keynotes and exhibit hall only.

Guest Passes: Guests must be registered. Guests are allowed into the exhibit hall and general sessions ONLY, free of charge. Meals are not included. There is a charge of $150 USD per person to attend the Conference Party and they must be 21 years of age or older. Guests must wear a badge at all times. Badges can be picked up during registration hours, which are posted on the agenda.

Conference Payment Policy: Payment must be received prior to conference.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your NIWeek registration by July 1, 2013, you are subject to a $95 cancellation fee. No cancellation refunds will be given after July 1, 2013, or for no-shows.

Photographers: At NIWeek, you will be participating in an event where photographs may be taken and/or video and audio recordings may be made. By attending NIWeek, you agree that National Instruments and their respective affiliates, assigns, and designees have the right to use, reproduce, broadcast, or incorporate in a any manner whatsoever and throughout the world, all or any portion of photographs and/or videos of you for use in marketing materials and/or training materials and for internal use.
