Multipath Fading Emulator 可模擬與相容 PXI 向量訊號收發儀之間的無線通訊多路徑衰減效果。

Multipath Fading Emulator (MFE) 是一款適用於 LabVIEW 的軟體外掛程式，可使用 PXI 向量訊號收發儀 (VST)，模擬在微波無線電路徑上因多路徑傳播所導致的選擇性衰減。MFE 使用 VST 的客制 FPGA 設定，以執行「雙射線」通道模型。您可透過直接控制通道模型所帶來的頻率與陷波深度，或是設定不同的干擾射線分數延遲，以模擬多路徑傳播對 RF 通道的影響。您可設定陷波頻率或設定高陷波深度執行時間，其轉換率可分別高達每秒 300 MHz 與每秒 300 dB。此外，MFE 也包含其他減損，如平緩衰減、雜訊、窄頻干擾等。
