Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is shown in your Sales Order Acknowledgement email. If you didn’t make the purchase, contact your purchasing agent or the person who placed the order to get the number.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

You can get a PDF copy of your invoice by clicking View Orders on the Order Status page and then clicking the View Order Details link next to the appropriate order in your Order History. From the order status page, click Get a copy of my invoice.

Why don't I see my order?

First, ensure you are logged in to your NI user account. To view any orders that weren’t placed through your NI account, you’ll need the order number, PO number, or ZIP code from the purchaser to search for it. New orders can take up to 24 hours to appear because of processing time. If you can’t find your order, please contact us.

How can I cancel, edit or return my order?

If you order products that arrive damaged or were ordered in error, you may return them to NI within 30 days of when you receive them. The price will be refunded, less a restocking charge. To return an item, you will need a return material authorization (RMA) number from NI. To get an RMA number or to make any other changes to your order, please contact us.

How do I request a repair?

NI offers repair and replacement services as described in our hardware repair policies. Before returning any product for repair, you will need a return material authorization (RMA) number from NI. To generate an RMA number, visit the Service Request Manager.

When can I expect to receive my order?

NI ships all products from our manufacturing facilities in Hungary and Malaysia, primarily using FedEx 2-day shipping. Your order will ship on the scheduled ship date provided in your Sales Order Acknowledgement email. You can get updates on your order status by locating it using the Order Status page and clicking View Order Details.

Can I expedite my order?

NI strives to ship your order as quickly as possible using FedEx 2Day or an equivalent service, depending on your location. Given our global shipping processes, this is the fastest available option.
