What Is an NI ELVIS Electronics Device?

The NI ELVIS Electronics Device extends the capabilities of the NI Educational Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Suite (NI ELVIS) Engineering Lab Workstation for teaching electronics topics in analog, digital, and power electronics.

Teach Analog Electronics

The TI Analog Electronics Board for NI ELVIS III introduces students to the characteristics and design considerations of microelectronic circuits which include components like OpAmps and MOSFETs. Teaching resource topics include single and two-stage amplifiers, diode rectifiers and IV analysis.

 

The QNET DC Motor Control Board illustrates the fundamentals of DC motor controls using the NI ELVIS platform and NI LabVIEW software. It can quickly and easily be configured to control motor position and speed as well as modeling experiments.
