Encontrar el cFP-CAL en Measurement & Automation Explorer cuando se Conecta con RS-232

Hardware: Compact FieldPoint

Problema:
Tengo mi cFP-CAL conectado a mi PC con un cable RS-232 y no puedo verlo en el Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). ¿Qué debo hacer para poder ver mi cFP-CAL en MAX?

Solución:
Para poder ver el cFP-CAL en MAX cuando está conectado a su PC a través de RS-232 debe hacer lo siguiente:

Abra :MAX; Start»All Programs»National Instruments»Measurement & Automation
Bajo "My System" haga clic derecho sobre Devices and Interfaces y seleccione Create New...
En la ventana "Create New..." seleccionar FieldPoint Serial y presione Next (ver la imagen siguiente).
Ahora verá la ventana "Create New FieldPoint Serial..." (mostrada a continuación). Configure el campo "Attributes" y presione Finish.
Introduzca un nombre para el nuevo recurso comm y seleccione OK (ver la imagen sifguiente).
Su cFP-CAL debe verse ahora debajo de Devices and Interfaces (ver la imagen a continuación)
