The LabVIEW 2010 f4 patch includes all of the fixes of the LabVIEW 2010 f2 patch. Additionally it resolves the following issues. This patch is not recommended for everyone. Users that are using LabVIEW built web services are encouraged to install this patch.
LabVIEW crashes if bad wires from a multi-dimensional array are going to an array primitive.
LabVIEW lvwsdsc files do not generate sections correctly if the web service VI is in a subdirectory on disk.
Adding an xap file as always included will cause a web service to fail to deploy
Web services won't deploy by default and the error message is misleading (64-bit LabVIEW only)
Web server doesn't install clientaccesspolicy.xml into the www folder (64-bit LabVIEW only)
VBAI can crash when resizing a modern vertical toggle switch
