Not every issue known to NI appears on this list; it is intended to show the most severe and common issues that you may encounter and provide workarounds when possible. Other technical issues that you may encounter could occur through normal product use or system compatibility issues. Workaround: Upgrade to MAX to 16.0.1 using NI System Configuration 16.0.1 or update to the NI System Configuration 16.0.1 Run-Time Engine

Setting time and timezone together fails on Linux ARM cRIOs
When setting the current time and timezone together in MAX or the WIF, a Linux ARM cRIO will fail to correctly set the current time.

Workaround: Save the timezone and time in two different steps or put the target in the UTC timezone, save, and then change both the timezone and time.

Installing/Uninstalling Real-Time software components to Real-Time targets in MAX fails when LabVIEW Real-Time Software is installed to path with non-English characters
Users are unable to install/uninstall Real-Time software components using the Real-Time Software Wizard in MAX when LabVIEW Real-Time Software is installed to a path with non-English characters, such as a path Japanese characters.

Workaround: Install LabVIEW Real-Time Software to default path.

System Configuration Restart.vi throws error -2147220309 after setting a Real-Time target to a static IP address on Mac
When setting a static IP address of a Real-Time target on Mac, Restart.vi throws error -2147220309.

Workaround: After setting the IP address, close the System Configuration session, open a new session and then call Restart.vi on the target.
