The following lists describe issues that are fixed in this update. If you have a CAR ID, you can search this list to validate that the issue has been fixed. This is not an exhaustive list of issues fixed in the current versions.

Vision Development Module 2014 f1 Patch

IDFixed Issue
486845The IMAQ Read QR Code VI has a memory leak.
484281Vision FPGA VIs performing kernel operations on 16-bit images incorrectly cast the resulting pixel output to 8-bit values.
487647The IMAQ FPGA GrayMorphology Close 9x9 U16x1 VI does not process the U16 data type correctly.

Vision Common Resources Real-Time 2014 f1 Patch

IDFixed Issue
482971Vision functions cause a crash on some real-time targets running older versions of the LabVIEW Real-Time Module.
481093Passing an empty image to the RT Video Out VI causes a crash on the NI CVS-1459RT, NI cRIO-903x, and NI cDAQ-913x.
488461Higher refresh rates for full-screen image display are possible on the NI CVS-1459RT, NI cRIO-903x, and NI cDAQ-913x.

The following list describes issues in previous versions of NI Vision Assistant that are fixed in patch files. To install the patch, download the attachment below and unzip the files to the following folder: <Program Files>\National Instruments\Vision Assistant

IDFixed Issue
480317Vision Assistant incorrectly uses Bayer decoding VIs in FPGA code generation after switching to a monochrome image.
479862In the Vision Assistant Filters step, the Smoothing - Low Pass filter allows even kernel sizes. If LabVIEW FPGA code is generated with an even kernel size, an error will occur.
484413After generating FPGA code from Vision Assistant, the image displayed is the last image processed instead of the image retrieved from a saved buffer.
486717After generating FPGA code from Vision Assistant, the four-wire handshaking feedback node is not connected in some cases.
