NI-RIO 14.5 Bug Fixes

Overview

The following items are the IDs and descriptions of a subset of issues fixed between NI-RIO 14.0.1 and NI-RIO 14.5. If you have a CAR ID, you can search this list to validate that the issue has been fixed in NI-RIO 14.5 with LabVIEW 2014 SP1.

The cRIO-9068 FPGA LED color settings did not match the behavior documented in the cRIO-9068 Operating Instructions and Specifications. Prior to LabVIEW 2014, the behavior worked as intended.

The socketed CLIP example for the NI sbRIO-9651 SOM Development Kit was missing 8 User FPGA I/O lines. The missing lines were: DIO_84, DIO_84_n, DIO_85, DIO_85_n, DIO_86, DIO_86_n, DIO_87, and DIO_87_n.

The NI sbRIO-9651  SOM secondary ethernet LED Pins were not selectable from the sbRIO CLIP Generator.

FPGA bitfile compilation could fail more frequently when compiled for cRIO-9063, cRIO-9064, cRIO-9065, cRIO-9066, and cRIO-9067 targets.
