Listing Computer Names in a Windows Network

This VI gets and lists the names of all the computers in a domain of a Windows network. The VI executes the net view DOS command and parses the resulting string to populate a listbox with the computer names. You then can select a computer name from the listbox to display the IP address of that machine. Use this VI to find IP addresses for multiple computers on a network.

The attached zip file contains example VIs for LabVIEW 6.0 and 6.1. The 6.0 version uses a polling strategy. The 6.1 version uses an event structure.
