VLM Installer creation does not use "Installation Behavior" settings of the source package

When creating a volume license installer in VLM and using an installer source that was previously build through Package Builder (NI software 2019 and newer), the "Installation behavior" settings are not applied on the new installer. The result is not being able to create an offline installer.

Workaround:

Using the installer coming directly out of the Package Builder while deleting the "_Src"-folder as well as the "Install.exe" and "vli.di" on the top level folder.
