LabVIEW 2009 64-bit or later does have native support for Vision Development Module (VDM) 2009 or later and Vision Acquisition Software (VAS) August 2009 or later.

 LabWindows CVI and Microsoft Visual C/C++ applications started having 64 bit support with Vision Development Module 2015 SP1 and Vision Acquisition Software February 2016 but only for the IMAQdx driver. 

The NI-IMAQ driver is not fully supported at this time but basic 64-bit C support for IMAQ is installed publicly at the next location: C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\ExternalCompilerSupport\C\lib64\msvc There is no 64-bit support for any of the drivers nor VDM in .NET languages.
