Software Product Lifecycle Policies
NI software products have standard lifecycle policies that define release frequency and support. There are three lifecycle phases for our software products.

1For more information about supported hardware and drivers, refer to the product readme, available on the download page. Device driver distributions are tested on the most current version of the specific LabVIEW release.

1With the LabVIEW 2022 Q3 release, NI released select NI drivers and toolkits that are version-independent of LabVIEW. Upgrades starting with LabVIEW 2023 Q1 no longer require updating these NI drivers and add-on software.

Measurement Studio is dedicated to providing support for the most up-to-date Microsoft development platforms and languages. Measurement Studio provides support for Visual C# and Visual Basic .NET within the most recent three versions of Visual Studio. Currently, Measurement Studio provides feature support for Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2017, and Visual Studio 2019.
