The fixed issues mentioned will help you decide whether to upgrade. Circuit Design Suite 14.3 Patch 3 provides support for Windows 11.

Upgraded NI-ELVISmx from 19.0 to 25.8 to improve compatibility, stability, and long-term support.
Added full support for the NI Help Viewer, improving access to documentation directly within the environment.
Added support for a wide range of Digilent FPGA boards for programmable logic workflows in Multisim:
- Arty Series: Arty A7, Arty S7, Arty Z7
- Basys and Nexys: Basys 3, Nexys A7, Nexys Video
- Zynq Boards: ZedBoard, Zybo Z7, Cora Z7, Eclypse Z7
- CMod Series: CMod A7, CMod S7
- Genesys Series: Genesys 2, Genesys ZU
Resolved an issue where newer versions of AMD Vivado were not correctly detected.
Fixed a database access issue on Windows 11 systems (version 24H2+) using Chinese locale settings.

The Circuit Design Suite 14.3 Patch 3 can be installed over the existing Circuit Design Suite 14.3 or as a stand-alone installation:

For systems with Circuit Design Suite 14.3: Update using Update Service or NI Package Manager.
For systems without Circuit Design Suite 14.3 Patch 3: Install the patch version (bundled with NI-Circuit Design Suite 14.3), or download the bundled installer from the page linked below.
