Use the resources on this page to guide you to accessing the latest software technologies included with your organization’s EA.
Download your software directly from ni.com. The software will launch in evaluation mode. All licensing will be completed through your company’s license server. Refer to the following activation instructions to activate your software using your company’s server. For more information about the packages included in EAs, refer to NI Software Included in EA Software Suites.
An EA changes the way your software is activated and managed. Instead of activating your software directly with a serial number or your NI User Account, you will activate your software through your company’s license server. Follow the instructions in these links to connect to your company’s license server and activate your software.
EAs typically include credits that may be used for instructor-led courses, certification exams, and on-site training. View a full list of courses. To learn more about your organization’s credits, contact your EA license administrator. After a course is approved by your EA license administrator, it will be sent to services@ni.com for registration.
All EAs include access to a software service agreement. This agreement entitles you to variety of online training resources. Online training includes courses for NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows™/CVI, NI DIAdem, NI TestStand, and more.
Access training by logging in to your Learner Dashboard. You will need to log in to your NI User Account using your company email address. If you don’t already have an NI User Account, you will need to create a profile. (It may take up to 48 hours to create the profile and have it replicate throughout our systems.) After you are logged in, you will see the courses you have access to through your EA.
If you encounter issues with this process, email services@ni.com with your name, NI User Account, phone number, and EA Service ID (or company name). Allow 24 hours for processing. For more information about accessing online training, visit Access Online Training with a Volume License Agreement (VLA) or Enterprise Agreement (EA).
NI provides live support from technical experts as part of software service agreements, which are included with EA licenses.
Access technical support and view all available resources, including example code, online forums, and a Service Request Manager to initiate a conversation with a technical support engineer. Request live support and track your previous support issues with the Service Request Manager.
