Envelope Tracking (ET) Fails with SDC Control During NI-TClk ConfigurationWhen running Envelope Tracking (ET) with SDC control, the measurement may fail during NI-TClk Homogeneous Triggering configuration. This issue occurs because ET with SDC control requires synchronization between the Digital, VST, and Baseband instruments using NI-TClk. During NI-TClk configuration, RFIC obtains the niDigital session from the SDC layer. In certain software configurations, the niDigital session provided by SDC is not compatible with the NI-TClk synchronization requirements used by RFIC, resulting in a NI-TClk configuration failure and preventing ET measurements from running successfully. Affected Configuration Envelope Tracking (ET) SDC Control Workaround: Known Limitation
There is currently no workaround available for this issue. Supported Configuration: Use the RFIC 2025 Q4 software release with the corresponding supported SDC and NI Digital driver versions documented for that release.
