NI-SWITCH 2026 Q2 .NET publisher policy files do not properly redirect for 2026 Q1, causing assembly binding failures for .NET applications

NI-SWITCH 2026 Q2 does not install the .NET publisher policy file redirect for NI-SWITCH (`NationalInstruments.ModularInstruments.NISwitch`) from 2026 Q1 to 2026 Q2. This causes .NET applications that were built using NI-SWITCH 2026 Q1 to fail to load after upgrading to NI-SWITCH 2026 Q2.

Workaround:

Manually copy the .NET publisher policy files for NI-SWITCH 2025 Q4 (25.8) in "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL" and adapt them to redirect from NI-SWITCH 2026 Q1 (26.0) to the actual installed version of the `NationalInstruments.ModularInstruments.NISwitch` .NET assembly in "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL".
