The following items are notable issues fixed between the release of NI-RFSA 2025 Q4 and NI-RFSA 2026 Q1, including additional patches and service packs. Incorrect measurements with NI-RFSA/NI-RFSG 2025 Q4 and PXIe-5633 running 1.1.1 firmware

Using NI-RFSA 2025 Q4 or NI-RFSG 2025 Q4 with PXIe-5633 modules running firmware 1.1.1 or later causes incorrect two-port S-parameter and wave measurements.

Workaround:

Upgrade to NI-RFSA 2026 Q1 or later and NI-RFSG to 2026 Q1 or later.
