NI-ModInst .NET publisher policy files redirect to incorrect versions, causing assembly binding failures for .NET applicationsStarting with NI-ModInst 2024 Q1, the .NET publisher policy
files for NI-ModInst (`NationalInstruments.ModularInstruments.ModularInstrumentsSystem`)
redirect to incorrect versions rather than the actual installed versions
of the corresponding .NET assemblies. This causes .NET applications that were built using older versions of this library to fail to load.
Workaround: Manually update the .NET publisher policy files in
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL" to redirect to the actual
installed versions of the relevant .NET assemblies in "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL". |

niDCPower Reset Device may not recover the PXIe-4135/6/7 from errors in certain casesWhen a PXIe-4135, PXIe-4136, or PXIe-4137 encounters multiple errors in short succession, calling niDCPower Reset Device on the instrument will occasionally fail to clear all error conditions. This results in subsequent function calls to still return an error. Workaround: Reset the instrument using NI Hardware Manager or the NI System Configuration API.
