Overview

This document contains the RFIC Test Software 2025 Q4 known issues that were discovered before and since the release of RFIC Test Software 2025 Q4. Known issues are performance issues or technical bugs that NI has acknowledged exist within this version of the product.

 

Not every issue known to NI appears on this list; it is intended to show the most severe and common issues that you may encounter and provide workarounds when possible. Other technical issues that you may encounter could occur through normal product use or system compatibility issues. 'LO Session Reservation Error' when Using Multiple RFIC Features Together

When multiple RFIC features are enabled simultaneously, the RFIC Soft Front Panel (SFP) may return the following error :

Error -1074097770 occurred at RFmxWLAN Initiate.vi

Possible reason(s):
The resource requested by this session is already reserved by a different session. If resource sharing is intended, ensure that all sessions have compatible settings and try again. If resource sharing is not intended, abort the other session(s) and try again.

This issue occurs when the following features are enabled together:

  • Power servo output

  • Frequency sweep

  • Wi-Fi 7 (320 MHz) waveform

  • ModAcc noise compensation

  • LO sharing




Workaround:

Disable LO sharing.
